5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Knitting Classes: Cancellations made two days before the class start date may be eligible for a refund or credit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.

  • Products: Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase if the product is in unused/ altered condition for a store credit only. Digital downloads and customized products are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including text, images, logos, and design elements on the Site, is owned by or licensed to Tweedside Farm.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
